cylinder interchangability???

Just noticed a crack on the right bore on my cylinders. I am doing a rebuild. Anyway I need new cylinders. My bike is a '71, 750 commando and I was wondering if other year cylinders would fit, if so which years? All the pictures I've seen on ebay look very similar, but the devil is in the details.

Any year 750 Commando cylinders will fit. 750 Atlas/N15/P11 cylinders will also fit, but you need to drill and tap the 5/16-26 head bolt holes to 3/8-26. 850 Cylinders will not fit without enlarging the case opening.
