I´d just like to praise RGM for helping me out, in the middle of all the holidays we´ve had the last weeks. Placed an order with them that was picked up on dec 13, and then it got quiet....The tracking was useless, only showed that my order had been picked up at RGM. Finally managed to find a chat at the shipping company on dec 27, but it turned out they couldn´t help me and the parcel was missing. Sent an e-mail to Anna at RGM and explained what had happened, and was expecting to hear from her maybe on jan 2 or 3. But I got an answer early on the 31(New Years Eve!), simply explaining that my order had been re-picked and would go out later the same day...!! Unbeleivible, that´s customer service! They also would not charge me for the shipping cost, dispite that it wasn´t their fault that the parcel had gone missing. That´s pretty good stuff!

Sometimes with RGM, it feels like my order is on the doorstep before I have pressed the ‘go’ button on the website.

Definitely the standard that many others should aspire to!!!
 
Pretty much everything for my rebuild came from RGM. Agree with gtiller that the delivery is super quick. I can't recall an order where anything was incorrect or out of stock (unless the website already said it was). Faultless service.

A few bits came from Andover who were equally good.

Was only talking to a friend earlier that's into vintage cars. He was amazed at the level of parts supply for Commandos.
 
Roger and Anna are great to deal with and has always replied to my emails pretty quickly and as you say very quick delivery to Aussie land, I haven't brought parts for my Norton for quite a few years since the last rebuild over 7 years ago and its great to hear they are still great to deal with, I have ordered a few parts off them for both my Norton's Commando and Dommie and now in the new year be starting back on the Dommie rebuild I am sure some of my money will be going RGMs way.

They do run a great business there at RGM.
Walridge has also been very helpful to me.
The Andover Norton site is the best online site Ive ever used. The Andover parts orders arrive here in the wilds of Western Canada in about 1 week, pretty decent.
It's a wonderful day in the Norton Neighbourhood!

+1 for praise of RGM - great products & OUTSTANDING service -
Lucky to have them for my needs - I have no complaints about ANY of the big 3 Norton suppliers in the U.K. Indeed it is a great time to be a Norton enthusiast thanks in no small way to the power of the internet. And this coming from the heart of a Luddite.
