motion pro is where I got my clear fuel line. Get the premium kind. 3' is like $12-15

I got you beat. Tygon is just too sweet. I found it at a lawn and equipment place by the foot.

Tygon fuel line. Found it at a local lawn equipment store. $.17/in so I got 3 feet. I love this stuff. I've had some on my Bultaco for years. Still soft and pliable and same color. Now I have to decide whether to do the H-line or just one tap to each carb. Probably go with the later for now.

Running short of time before a storm hit this arvo, I topped up all the fluids and kicked her over - started first kick after being in the shed for a month. Just exiting the petrol station when the clutch went away. Silly bugger, I'd forgotten to nip up the clutch adjustment. Nut was sitting in the bottom of the transfer case. There's enough cable adjustment to get some clutch back, but had terrible thoughts of that nut getting between chain and something expensive, so returned straight home. Raining now.

Thanks Pelican and SwooshDave. I'll see if I can score some of that Tygon stuff - looks the go.

BTW to me your triplex chain looks like its rather taunt w/o any sag in the bottom run, once primary hits road temp it can tightens up enough to bend shafts. Double triple check cold slack enough to take the heat. Must check when hot to know for sure or bent is bent.
I hear ya Hobot, will investigate. Was in too much of a hurry to have a quick fang. Never a good idea.

The kick lever oil ring seal is too loose a fit to not weep warm oil. Groove needs a bit of back up by cig. pack thick foil in valley. Then oil parts and smear RTV on assembly, let set over night - works about as good as machined to fit upgrade real oil seal.
Read your last mention of this too. Will give it some thought or whether to have it modified to take a proper seal. Has a new o-ring in there now, so should be oil-tight for the interim.
