alternative side stand thoughts

Now that I've got her mostly stripped down, I'm thinking of finally redressing the lack of a side stand on my 71. Looked at the old britts option, as well as the 68-70 kit andover sells. But now wondering if a T140 stand/bracket combo might do the trick:



decent system, easy to weld on... thoughts?

The OldBritts one looks awesome to me.
