adding photos /albums

I am new to this and I am wondering if someone can please tell me how I can either add a picture or create a personal album in my gallery in my profile area

Check the "how to post photo's" instruction post at top of forum list. I only know that first you put a photo in a public online picture site, then tag up and grab its "copy image location" or "direct image URL", then tag the image button above edit blackness box then put URL inside and hit return.
