It's pretty decent to start with. There are some things that are very wrong with the bike (I.E. someone welded one of the damn mufflers, the kickstarter isn't installed correctly and I don't even think it's the right one, the carb isn't tuned right, the clutch needs taken apart and repacked, etc), but everything is pretty easily fixed.
I should be able to get it in good running condition in a few weeks' time. Prettying it up will take a bit longer, but the paint is at least decent, so I'm not too worried. It's a good 20/20 sort of bike, IMO.
