If your details are correct on the invoice and also on the parcel's label this isn't RGM fault but probably Royal Mail's.
 
I assume you have received a tracking no from RGM? You can try contacting the courier, but your parcel will probably (hopefully) be redirected to the correct address anyway.
You can also try having an English speaking friend call RGM - they might be able to do something, but probably no faster then the courier will redirect it themselves.

I hope my computer won;t translate what i post in english into french. i apologize for this malfunction.
Rgm didn.t provide me with a tracking number. I tracked my package using a paper letter sent by "posti" the finnish post office. A mistake may have been made, but it's not a big deal.
The problem is that their email address is invalid. therefore, i can't contact them. I don't understand english very well, and their opening hours don't allow my children, who speak english, to call them because they are students.
Do you have a valid email adress to contact them?

Spamhaus is a very common place for email servers to check incoming emails. There are others. Depending on your email system you may be able to look at the "Internet Headers" of the reject message you got and get more details.

I emailed them and my email was accepted by their server so something about your email or email server is being flagged by their server.

Turns out that the RGM server has a problem. It intially accepted my connection but failed to finish the protocol repeatedly:

Error Type: SMTP

Connection to recipients server failed.

Error: Host name: 51.104.17.0, message: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

So, it's not you.
 
They have not responded to any of my emails but I did receive notification that my order has been dispatched.
