Thanks Tony, after a nip on 3 corner screws,cold, took it out yesterday but still weeping. 1 screw nipped while engine hot, fingers crossed or off it will have to come. On my Hinckley Bonneville I've had the cover off twice, reused the same gasket and no problem, thinking a vent on the rocker box maybe.

Someone here had a similar problem and it was the rocker cover banjo leaking. But seeing you have the new style cover with no banjo fittings ? Why not remove the cover , clean the surfaces apply some good sealant to both sides of the gasket and try again ? Or maybe try your hand at making a new one ? Ollie should be able to get you a gasket in a week or two from Germany correct ?

Dull day today and, after a short ride, leak worsening so, stuff the dealer and TVS/Norton, both failed with regard to backup and lastly......stuff any hope of guarantee. Tank off, easy peasy, rocker cover off, not so easy but all done. Turned out the gasket had split, popped out as soon as I loosened the screws. Some suprises both nice and interesting......battery Yuasa, Japan, wiring harness and therefore probably relays, made in India, casting and mating surface finishing looks class though. Now to get some gasket paper and rekindle an old skill?

Dropped in at a gasket factory to query buying a sheet or part of and came away with a sample piece of Flexitallic CNAF, job done.

That green gasket just looks the biz, think I cut mine a bit over but it goes well with my Steel Green colour scheme.

it cuts pretty well though...I tried a knife, but a plain pair of scissors I found best, plus some hole punches and job done. Mind you, not sure it doesn’t leak yet!
