MotoParts Inc in Alberta seems to have the Iron John valve with electrical switch:

I'm to cheap to spend that much on such a simple device so I cobbled one together from a stainless ball valve from a local hardware store and a Normally Open microswitch. the valve operating lever closes the switch only when turned to valve open position. Switch is wired in series to the white line to the ignition switch.

Works great.
Cost about $15 total.

I cobbled together one with a PEX valve and microswitch. The microswitch finally broke. Tornado's looks more robust than mine was. I have some magnetic prox switches I was going to try with a relay, but never got around to it. Seems to me IJ used to sell his for about $120 so the price has gone up.

There's some interesting stuff on tonight, like the LED headlamp and the petcock lube as well as this one.
