Where to buy parts, ISO questions

Hi all,
It has been some seven years since I had to buy commando parts.

I need a "strong" centerstand spring, some PTFE ISO wasehrs, and license plate"bracket".

Any comments on a good, reasonably priced, supplier in the US?

Also, any thoughts on how long the iso rubbers are good for, mine are 10 years old, with only some 500 miles a year, front sagging a bit, no big deal?

WIth rear iso; slacked off still getting footpeg vibration, is the rear iso all about footpeg or could the front be partly responsible?

I am in New Mexico.
