two brake questions

My front disc is slightly warped and chrome plated, squeekes like crazy. Can the disc be turned and to what thickness can I go down to? Rear brake has a high/low spot in it, possibly eccentric hub. Have not taken it off to look yet, but wonder if I find what I suspect, what are possible solutions/

You don't trun them you grind them. They are taken down to .200 thick by DBR and others. Same machine used to grind face plates and pressure plates for clutches on auto's.
