To Build a P11 Oil Tank

I have consistently bid around $80 on P11 tanks on eBay. They go for a lot more so I serve to just get things started for the lucky sellers who are getting top dollar for their P11 tanks. I can build a tank. Does any one have drawings of how they are laid out inside? It would be nice to have a tank to copy or some good drawings to go by.
