Tingly fingers

Well, in the US you can buy lead shot from any reloading supply store - I buy it on a regular basis. It is illegal for water fowl hunting in some (maybe all) areas but OK for any other hunting. Since the USA is made up of 50 states that all try to run their own governments, it can be difficult to figure out what's legal where! ;)

A stiff link rear chain can cause a buzz in the bars. Renold Synergy for example. At the time I wasn't aware Renold had stopped making motorcycle chain.

For quite some years now, at times, I feel painfull tingling in my lower right arm and little finger.
Especially when working on a computer.
Had it checked by a neuro surgeon.
X-rays of the elbow did show something vaguely non-standard but no hard evidence that something was wrong there, only surgery could tell.
That was a step to far for me, at this stage.
The thing is that when I move my chin to the chest, the pain goes away.
Also, turning my arm backwards helps.
So my feeling is, like marshg pointed out, that it is something with the ulnar nerve in the thoraic area.
These days, riding a bike sitting upright is the only option for me.
Commando with US bars.
Sometimes a cramp steps in too, nothing else left than to hold the throttle between thumbe and index finger.
Looking for many hours at a computer screen and operating the mouse might have caused it.
I am righthanded but use ergonomic left hand mouse now.

Tingly Fingers can be indicative of Nerve Damadge , if preceedingly youve been pulverised landing , following flying lessons ,
if youve shut off , at the top of second , whilst sideways , crossing the Line . Sometimes known as high siding . Machine weight
Being Pilot x 3 , there is some accelerative force involved in the departure . if its dug in hard . :( .

I regularly get numb forefinger and middle fingers of the right had when on long rides. I end up using the outer 2 fingers to hold the throttle. By exercising my fingers while riding gets rid of it after a fashion. I get the same thing driving my car for longer periods as well. All fingers function well otherwise thank goodness, as I need them for making music

Been early on the vodka today!!;)

My fingers occasionally seize up when on the pushbike, so much so that I have to make sure I'm holding the bars properly so they at least seize in the correct position!! Gear shifting becomes a job for the heel of the palm as using my thumb is painful, but.... I expect it's due to a perfect storm of no suspension, riding on rough ground and a riding position that puts weight on the wrists. A few minutes rest and arm waving (what IS he doing?) gets all back in working order :-) (I play guitar, so digital dexterity is important to me).
On the Commando, (Mk3, Euro bars?), NO problems at all....

I do a fair bit of fishing with lures, which means a lot of casting - I occasionally suffer from a condition called "white finger" (also down as Raynauds Phenomenon) which is essentially loss of feeling (and maybe control) of some fingers - mostly index.
I think it s some kind of RSI - so doing other things with your hands seems to help.

tHE wHISKY DOSNT EVEN WORK FOR pAINT sTRIPPER . aND mOST OF THE wATERS oFF .

Their typewriters are pretty crap too .
Actually, if you try Lark (Hobart) and Archie Rose (Sydney) - both single malts, I think you'll find to be as good, and generally better, than whiskey from anywhere in the world, including Scotland.
But you're correct - probably pretty crap as paint stripper.

Why don't you buy paint stripper though - if that's what you want???

Ifv we cut off the booze supply here , thered be a revolution in two weeks .

N Z if they cut of the booze supply for two week , a quater centyry ago , the whole country mightve woken up to the fact they were being had .

Or if you said " I hear GST has done wonders for the newzealand economy " , they wouldve fallen of their bar stool .

Quite Frankly , ive observed alcohol as usually being synonomous with degeneracey . Isolence . Greed . Deprevation . and dishonesty .

In fact , its turned newzealand into a pack of feeble mided degenerate insolent egotistical half wits . Or was it Television . Both Actually .
Avg Peasant finds life so misserable because of alcohol dependance , or the Neigbours , That they live for their Fri or Sat night slob out .
Thus you get drunken insolent vermin staggering about puking , smashing bottles , cars , and theieving . Like in Newcastle . After Pub .

AND CLOGGING UP HOSPITAL EMERGANCY ROOMS > ATTACKING DOCTORS & NURSES . Gives those honest denizens of society , the solicitors , a job tho .

We call this ' civiliseation ' .

Last time I knocked back whiskey was Isle of Skye , 12 Yr old . After beer was over $ 10 a crate of quarts , fu* that . & observed as above , amougst the ' comrades ' .

Didn't get your drift there - how do you really feel? go on - spit it out!
Most people get numb hands from handlebar vibration but it seems to have numbed a different part of your anatomy.;)
