Tickler timing (2014)

FWIW, a few years back I was tickling and no fuel was weeping from the right carb. I held the tickler down for quite a while and finally gave up, thinking that maybe the raw fuel on the left side would be enough to fire/start the engine. I leaped on the kickstarter...which remained rock solid in position. Trying to determine why my engine had locked up, I pulled the plugs and then, again, romped on the kickstarter, spraying a cylinder full of raw fuel onto the garage ceiling!
