Stock length fork legs

As I've mentioned in earlier posts, one of the mods that the previous (original) owner of my recently acquired 1973 750 Hi-Rider had made was to install extended length fork legs/stanchions. I would guess this was to add to the "chopper" look that Norton was going for on this model. I definitely want to return to the stock length stanchions. Any recommendations on where to source these, or more importantly, which ones to stay away from. The original owner did not, of course, keep any of the original parts that he had swapped out. As a side note, I've seen a BSA for sale currently on FB marketplace in our area the has the identical, aftermarket turnout exhast that is on my Norton. Something else I will be replacing and returning to stock at some point.

Andover Norton, hard chromed and to size, get the bushes and seals there too.

Similar name. A progression?

It appears that I posted the site of a similarly named business,' Franks Forks'.

@concours Your post of the site of 'Forking By Frank' is the correct one. I believe that Frank retired about 10 years ago and sold the business.

I spoke the current owner late last year, he moved the business to MS. Anyway, he couldn't give me an exact quote for a pair of Commando forks at the time, but it was around $400, and there was a wait time. Maybe things have changed, but that's about double the price from AN, and I would hope fit and finish on AN's would be good.
