Does anyone know if any 1975 Nortons left the factory with non Smith gauges? Veglia?

Yes, Veglias were also fitted from '73, including on the 850 Mk3.

The "Easy read speedometer with trip mileage (Interstate only)" and tach. in this brochure are Veglia. Smiths Commando speedos didn't have the trip counter until '75.
