There is no real issue there...they are homologating the bike via EPA and CARB because they will be Euro 4 compliant.....The process is currently underway.

Makes sense. Cool. So I guess getting me a SBN silencer replaced is a moot point though. I'll either live with the little rash or buy factory.
 
I'm sure it can be refinished. I have to tell the insurance company to back off a little bit. I don't need everything new. If they total it I'm screwed. And I have to come up with another ten grand for a new bike. I'm going to see what happens. I may withdraw my claim.

So getting back to my original post...does anyone know of Matt Capri's whereabouts or how to contact him?

Whats different with the Dominator "Naked"?
 
Aluminum Tank has flat (no shine) finish and the frame is NAKED -no paint. It looks really great. It reminds me of the bead blasted Kenny Cummings Seeley frames of NYC Norton racing team. Also there are other parts that have the flat finish as well . but the Tank and Frame are the biggies.. There may be a coating on the frame and tank , but you should ask Norton about it. A Commando 961 would look great with the same finishes .
 
Yes , That's it . What's different is the finish and no paint on the frame . Or just clear coat. Its all about the look and finish. The body parts are also flat no shine. It really looks good in the flesh they say.
 
I like that Matt tank. I wonder if thats an option now if you order the tank rather than the shiny one? Is the headlight different too?
 
The Dominator Naked stuff is really trick, but maybe this discussion should be continued on a new thread of its own.
