probably 400-500 bikes - and some weren't harleys ! small sampling mostly taken early in the day (9 am or so) - before the crowd burst upon the scene -enjoy

Wow, what a turn out. Quite a few Vincents in the bunch. I love the sheetmetal rear section on the tan BSA.

Once again I was forced to miss this event. I woke up yesterday(saturday) with a 102 fever. Today was worse. Thank you for posting these pictures. I hope the ride the ride was just as fun. There is a wicked flu going around. If you get it you will know what I mean. Both ends and fever. And my '70 was all ready to go.

In the last photo there was a garden gate norton with the boly-through tank. Do you have a side on photo of it ? Was it an Inter ?

yes that's inter, don't remember the exact year - want to say e 51 or 52, but could be wrong as talked to a lot of guys - won best norton at show - was a beauty - believe there is a side view pic sandwiched between the velo and the rocket 3
