We can only assume that you have a VM34. Do you have the manifold, gaskets and bolts? Put the manifold on and snug it up. 4 longer bolt for the manifold, 2 shorter for the flange. Next put on the rubber flange. No gasket required. Attach the throttle cable to the throttle and route cable the way you like.
Take the slide, needle, spring and what not out of the carb and attach the cable to the slide. This can be the trickiest part of the hole kit and kaboodle but get used to it for you may be changing clip positions a few time. It's really not that hard and once you do it a few time you will be a pro. The little plate that cover the clip is the hard part.
With the slide/cable hanging off to the side slip the carb onto the flange and tighten the clamp just enough so you can tilt the carb to the right. Slip in the slide, screw down the ring, attach the gas line and give it a go.
OK, OK, there may be a couple thing yet like the gas line. Do you have a couple of these? Very handy and works good.

What jets do you have. Needle jet should be around a P2, needle 6DH3, 40 to 50 pilot jet, main 240 to 300.
There is really not that much to installing this unit and I do not recall haveing any instructions that came with mine.
