Signal controls wiring gauge.

Anyone know what gauge of wiring is used in the handle bar signal switches. I need to rewire the right one and also anyone know where I could get the same color wiring?

Green/White
Green/Red
Blue
Violet/Black
White.

Bought a stock harness and this might be easier when rewiring.

14 strand "18 gauge" is the nearest equivalent to the original British wire.

The switch clusters can be fitted on either side, however, those colours are not all correct for the "signal" (direction indicator) switch cluster.


Direction indicator/kill button/spare button cluster wires are;

White
Green/white
Green/red
Light green/brown
White/yellow
White/red (spare button-unused)

Dip(Hi/Lo) beam switch/horn/headlmp flash cluster are;

White
Blue
Blue/red
Blue/white
Purple/black

Andre; walridge (http://www.walridge.com/catalogue/)( pg 140 of their catalogue), stocks the wire and you can buy it by the metre, they are in Toronto area.
