A quick fix for a failed rear brake reservoir hanger - cheap ally CNC item from fleabay. May be useful to someone.

Replaced the hinge screws with better quality and added nyloc nuts. Temporary until I get hold of a replacement original - or make one.

Gotta love those good vibrations!

Midweek thrash with my unlikely riding partner. Clear skies, vacant bends, no plod - two wheeled retirees all over the place!!

Ride bikes, talk shit, eat bacon - a men’s health must in my opinion! Well, that what I tell ‘er indoors’ anyway! 😁 👍

I’m afraid to say on one hand that the 961 is in better shape than me , as you can gather the time has come for me to attempt to loose my excess weight, bike clothing always looks better when u haven’t got yer belly bulging from the inside out , anyway nuff said bout ma podge, I haven’t touched the 961 mechanically for 2 years 9 months , in fact didn’t touch it then , Stu Bodycote soughted it out (7000 miles ago ) & touch wood it’s fine , so anyone new on this forum please don’t believe all the bad stuff

Went for a little tootle down Wales yesterday and came across some interesting things and places. But before the pics let me tell you that a 961 Commando DOES NOT take well to the 20mph limits. Near a place called Trevor you drop downhill quite steeply for nearly a mile or so and trying to hold back a 961 Sport to that speed is bloody hard work , whoever came up with this idea is a moron and obviously not in touch with reality 🤬 Rant over.

A Welsh soldier who led a fifteen year long revolt against the English with the aim of ending English rule in Wales. Despite a large bounty put on his head by the English he was never betrayed or captured and died of natural causes.
