Oil Tank Banjo Torque?

OK, 24+ hrs of standing time, not a drop of oil anywhere below bike nor on the banjo feed hose. Either I've solved it or she's plumb out of oil ;-)

Sumped the lot

I had the very same problem with the aluminium washers, now I just give them a very light smear of red loctite master gasket on both sides and nip the banjo bolt up snug which has stopped those slight weeps.

Where do you buy yours from komando ?

Had a brand-new rocker oil line leak at the lower banjo. Replaced the timing cover gasket, thinking that was the source. Then, I took my own advice and used the baby powder trick. Couldn't even see the leak with the engine running and oil dripping off the crankcase until I did so.

I use a torque wrench on the head bolts it will reach and not much else. made the mistake of using a torque wrench on the sprocket bolts of my KTM and sheared one off, so back to my old reliable touchy-feely torque settings.
