With respect, the Ohio train disaster is all over the main stream media and appears to have been since it occured. Choose a publication/outlet and research its coverage of the event and the aftermath - put the dates immediately after the incident into the search. It may take some time - there is plenty out there.THIS LOOKS LIKE A TYPICAL CASE OF "MANAGED DECLINE"
