That's painful. Doesn't look like much can be salvaged from that one. Whoever he is, I hope he can eventually find a suitable replacement.

Probably not advisable either wrt. lost heat treatment of parts. The temperature must have been above 660 degrees C , probably between 800 and 1000 degrees C if it was stored inside a wooden building. The bike may or may not have been exposed to combustion gases, which can be much hotter than 1000 degrees C. It is not uncommon to see thin-walled steel sections deform, indicating temperatures of about 1200 degrees C.

I hope the owner was insured.

I can't imagine loosing everything! Bike was probably the least of his worries but maybe his most prized possession!
 
The last time I saw something like that was in Les Williams's garden shed. It was a solidified pool of aluminium with roof tiles set in it that once was Slippery Sam's engine, after the fire at the NMM.
