So you want to own a classic motorcycle. Funny as .

I guess some truth in video , my experience was much different , though I did buy my Norton from a friend that had owned it forever , along with a barn full of others , I did spend some $ but nothing like in video …. when I got into the retro thing with Ducati GT first thing I wanted was centre stand , one available world wide , $600 cad plus shipping , kinda sucked …

I know what you forgot ......the one thing i thought was awesome, when I was about 10 , the lady next door split up with her husband , and she had a boyfriend, he had a brand new TT500 yamaha orange and alloy tank , and in the morning he would start it and let it warm up in the drive , and I just loved front wheel shake , just the coolest thing 😀

Great video - I think the gentleman who made it might be ahead of the game if he learned by doing with the first classic…

Winter is coming. Where does one obtain that industrial vat of autosol mentioned in the video? @8^)

I dont see it as owning a 'classic' motorcycle. When I bought my '79 T140 in Sept '80, it was a year old (with 150m on the clock). It was still in production at the time. I see it as a 'current' motorcycle, it is only 'classic' in other's eyes. It is still up and running and reasonably tidy, although far from concours. Done some good miles on it this summer.
