No problem. I ordered two as well. I'm going to remove the strap lugs on one, and rubber mount it between the clocks (well that's the plan anyway).

Chris just dropped me a line. Unfortunately Andover Norton (who I guess own copyright to the Blob) have contacted Chris and told him to remove the product. :(

Sorry.

Maybe Andover can commission Chris to produce them?

Just to clear, Chris has asked me to point out that he has been forbidden making any more (however they are ordered).

I appreciate that copyright ownership is a hotly contested area...
So how do speedo/Tacho manufactures such as legendary Motorcycles get on ... the pair i recently purchased from them have the Globe emblem embossed brightly on them

Could also have been the Smiths Logo, the original watch I bought back in the 90's had the same issue and had to be pulled and that was an issue with Smiths not Norton. They did a range of 4 to 6 speedo based watches and they had to stop selling them all and the Smiths logo was on them all.

The legendary Motorcycles clocks have the Globe but not the Smiths logo.

It surely must be the globe symbol that's the issue, as the last time i looked AN diddnt hold the Smiths copyright

Dang! I was joking around when I posted the cease and desist remarks over in the other thread. Now I see it had came to pass beforehand.
Pity as I'd think AN would welcome the free advertising. But there are strict rules for trademarks that require diligent enforcement otherwise they basically give up any rights to use them going forward.

I thought the AN globe was green and white not green and black.
