Got me Smiths watch

Norton Green Globe speedo watch - NO LONGER AVAILBLE

Got to learn how to read it right. Looks to be 12min past 100mph.

The strap is nothing too impressive. Flimsy and a bit short for my wrist such that theres not enough free tail to tuck into the second free loop thingie. Caution if you try to remove that loop, the metal bit underside has nasty sharp prongs ...dont ask how I know this

Torry I would have to say your watch is reading 102 mph , which is how fast I had the old bike going on a whim and smooth stretch couple years ago , will not try that again , but still kinda cool to know for sure still possible , had some throttle left , though the wind blast caught me off guard with my open bell & ray bans , just wasn’t dressed for the occasion , bet the watch would have given me another 5mph ... it appears to be a timeless piece !

I bought a NATO style strap for mine. I cut the original off to save taking the sprung bars out (I always seem to lose them as they fly across the room).
