Yeah loud big bikes appeal to bad boys but the founding father of Hell's Angle's says they made a mistake not getting into Goldwings instead.
 
Seems there is going to be a high court challenge to these laws.
Should be interesting - laws targeting individuals should have no hope of being legal.
But there is nothing in the Australian Constitution spelling this out ?

Apparently there is considerable disquiet in legal circles about these laws also, since automatically declaring folks guilty
with no proof required is counter to a thousand years of English legal practice, which Australian law is based on...

As someone has pointed out, at least 1% of politicians are crims/dishonest/corrupt, maybe these laws should apply to them ?!!

If you read Sonny Barger's book he makes comments about Harleys are not the greatest thing since sliced bread, or something similar but they had to ride them to maintain the image thing, all American etc. Hobot is correct!! :)

Anyone'd think they were Rugby players of something .
Saw one skin head lurching around a shopping center looking like he was dealing drugs , or a lunatic asylum escapee . Later sitting in a Cafe chatting with a comrade .
Later elsewhere a similar deranged suspicious lurker wobblimg about glareing down laneways as if being persued , and crouching & peering over window sills . Sadly it
was the same idiot shot groveling under the rear of someones parked car at night . A policeman attaching a tracker device . Though acting & looking like that anybody
would think he was with the I R A or the like . Id just thought he was off his face as he seemed highly unstable . Trying to fit in ?? .

The medias inducement of mass paranoia and neurosis in their manipulations of the mindless masses is astounding . The arrogance of their presumptions often is
highly delusional . As is their ability in accessing speed & their own regard for regulations and guidelines . Sadly . Radars always in dips on downhill roads and hideing
behind trees and hedges , and often their ' Hot Pursuit of Suspected etc " aggresive and undisiplined . But they think its a good joke over a beer afterward .

Almost rammed head on by one , when he came through a bend at trafficlights straddling the centerline . Turns around , pulls ME up , says I almost hit you .
Had a fit for about five minutes when I said ' Youd have to have been on the wrong side of the road , I was in my lane ' .
Had the local rural retard clear by a foot too . He was completely on the wrong side of the road in his 4x4 in torrential rain at a intersection at night . I was on foot .
Lurched back a few steps so as not to get cleaned up . The moron probly never saw it . He's one who gave a ticket to a guy for not stopping at the roundabout . where theres Give way signs .
Which replaced the Stop sign EIGHT YEARS before . But disagreeing with their delusional rantings is ' lawless ' ?? .

All the outlaw groups are getting together to fight the new laws in the high court, they need to raise $500,000 to start, they have even got the Vetnarm Vets and God squad bike group on board, Little Mick a famous Tattoo and airbrush artist here in Brisbane and a 33 year vetran of the Rebels club was on TV talking about the court cellange, he don't have a crinamil record, has a legal tattoo business with 10 staff and he has to put off half his staff because of the new laws, will be intresting to see what happens as these new laws haven't be cellanged before the courts yet as well the Newman Gov. has upset the legal professition big time with rushing these laws in.

What a lot of garbage ? As though there wasn't always going to be a high court challenge. This is at least the second time. The real deal are not a bunch of kids and there is a 'proceeds of crime' issue which is huge. The OPI have some of the force to catch up with also. Especially the guy who is currently fighting to 'protect his innocence ' - BULLSHIT. How did the headline that Carl Williams was helping police with their enquiries get on the front page of the Murdoch press ? - next day murdered in jail .You would have to be naïve to believe that this does not go right to the top up to the level of our politicians in Victoria. Why were Christine Nixon and Simon Overland toppled and a certain pollie accused of conspiracy ?

There is no Bill Of Rights in Australia and it has always been opposed by the police and the conservatives when the need for one has been suggested. Seems that most of us do not know what game we are in ?

Like Abbott , Bjelke-Petersen was just another insult. I wonder where they find these idiots ? I strongly dislike Campbell Newman's politics, however at least he is a trained leader. We had an opportunity years ago to get someone really good leading our country. Sir John Monash was cut down by Keith Murdoch and the establishment. I dislike army officers, I think their mentality is wrong in peace time, however their leadership capabilities are usually excellent except when they are morons like Kennett. Newman simply toes the party line, and part of it is law and order bullshit as a way of getting votes. You create a problem and present yourself as the answer to it. (Pure Eddie Bernays).

Not sure what it is like in other countries but in Australia that is common.

I seem to remember it was around the 1000 mark per year and rising.
In the newspaper the other day (at work in WA) it said 1 in 9 court cases in Western Australia are drink driving related or 14000 per annum
Soft cock laws are part of it and young people thinking they are owed something plus most are soft cocks. :lol:
