the Norton hub doesnt really lend itself to the idea of twin discs, in the past I remember seeing a fore and aft twin disc setup , not sure if it was on a Norton or Triumph, not my cup of tea and I certainly wouldnt be going that way.
For twin discs you would need a different hub, Its not my plan to go twin discs, my plan would be to have a single disc kit available consisting of slider, rotor, and probably caliper, which would all bolt to or replace exixting items with out modifying anything, people want bolt on parts straight out of the box that fits, no messin about. Master cylinder of their own choice.
Fore and aft disc where triumph, before they made a "proper" opposite leg, Slippery sam racer had the set up, ....one side pulling the slider and the other pushing...errrrm? But they where good enough to win race's :?:

and what about the 72 JPN , no not the one PW rode but the other one (raed was his name i believe)

btw very nice work madass

There was inquiry whether I would be doing a twin disc, my reply in part
"the Norton hub doesnt really lend itself to the idea of twin discs,"
I was trying to say that because the Noton hub has such big offset etc , a whole new hub and pair of sliders would be needed
to do a twin disc version of my 320mm single disc arrangement, at this stage I have no plans to do this,

project is going well, discs will be finished shortly, sliders are being polished at the moment before machining.
Regarding the calipers, I will powdercoat them, question is what is the most desired color?
Black, Gold , or Silver, or maybe a choice of any of these, what do you reckon?

the center of the disc is anodized gold, I'll do some black calipers and see what they look like.

I agree, I think thats the best pattern for this application, some suggested wave type but I dont think wave type
really suits the period, whatever the pattern , you can NEVER please everyone. its to late now to change they are done.

Is there a pic anywhere of what the final setup will look like ?

IMHO, gold anodising makes a bike look expensive and FAST !!
Or blue.....

Some measure looks with a scale to help sway attractiveness factor. But cyclists are fickle so offer what sells.

Hi Don, when are they available, i would like this set up for my Bike #2 ?
Regards Mike

kit including 6 piston caliper, fork slider and 320mm disc, no brake hose. probably $480

Hi Don, pen me in for a set please, I may even be able to collect from you in Cebu not too many weeks away!!!
Regards Mike

Thankyou for asking Ludwig, 2Cr13 stainless steel, better than normal disc, and I will probably supply PTFE Stainless hose ,

My apologies, 2Cr13 grade stainless probably doesent mean much to most here, its 420 Grade Stainless.
