New British 650 twin

And think of that old barge, the 900 Kawasaki. It was light years ahead of everything in its price range at the time. Maybe not the best in handling but nobody cared. It was very fast, very reliable and lasted longer than any brit bike except maybe a 250 side valve. :)
I still don't have a modern bike but I don't ride with rose tinted goggles either.

We really don't need to discuss the difference between a cb750 and a commando or any other Brit bike
Suffice to say the owner of the Honda had cleaner finger nails
It changed motorcycles forever and to an extent motorcycle riders

Sandcast CB750's carry a premium because they are rare as Honda wanted to see if the CB750 would sell before committing to making expensive moulds for die casting.

All I can say is, come in sucker, and will it sell for that much is another thing, but then some fool with to much money to burn might be mad as, but then I'm not a fan of old Honda 4s, I rode a new one once and only once a week before I bought my new Commando, so glade I went with the Commando when I did.

Has to be asked, though.... How many times have the Honda been down the plug 'ole???

They have pushed out some mighty fine machines since....

I know how he feels
For years you have been telling us you have never ridden a commando
And now you are telling us you rode a 750 !
When did this happen?
Must have been in recent weeks I'd guess?
So how long ago did you ride a commando Al ??
