Original British Car Day – Maryland June 6 @ 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

The Chesapeake Chapter of the New England MG “T” Register is proud to invite you to attend the 43rd meet of The Original British Car Day (OBCD).
This annual event is held for the enjoyment of all British car and motorcycle enthusiasts. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to local charities.
Our event will be held from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM at the beautiful grounds of Serra Valley Farms, 5601 Ridge Road, Mount Airy, Maryland 21771. It is accessed easily via I70 from the south or Maryland Route 27 from the north. Please visit their website at www.serravalleyfarms.com for directions.

ORIGINAL BRITISH CAR DAY -- June 6, 2020 -- Mt Airy MD --Motorcycles welcome!

OBCD is back for 2021 and going forward on its traditional day (first Sunday in June) at our 2019 location -- Serra Valley Farms at 5601 Ridge Road (MD 27) five miles north of Mt Airy, MD.

British motorbikes, only (no Urals, BMWs, Harleys, MZs, etc need apply) are welcome and are eligible for awards. For NCNO members, the "pre-registration" price of $20 will be honored for day of registrations (normally $30 day of)

We are also looking for volunteers. We are resorting to food bribery -- one free pit beef sandwich for each volunteer who signs up for a two hour shift. (Vegetarians get a box of fig bars.)

It seems to be something out of the ordinary that is done in Britain on Car day. The first time I heard that in a country, something like this was done. Is smth original that there on June 6th, thousands of brand cars and motorcycles are gathered? Friends of mine with expensive tuned cars go and show his masterpieces. With the help of https://www.car.co.uk/check-car-tax they pay the taxes much cheaper. I'm glad you can take care of an expensive car with lower taxes. Do u guys know where else we can do smth similar?
