Ms Peel boring tough crank crying

Relax, all my public use craft are insured. I've been mentored on how to pull it off, for almost two decades now. But not all the stuff I use is in my name so even if I'm busted in jail the craft can be retrieved next day. If I run a whole school buss off a cliff I'm immune from any civil collection judgments but criminal charge might stick, if they can prove jurisdiction and can even follow their own rules to prosecute with due process. None of us can be completely free, even if some can be freer than others. Its risky business going about as a free man in a Military Rule conquered nation, so its not for the lazy of mind or timid of spirit. I'm capable and equipped to do terrible damage, yet I have self control so nothing hurt but wayward beasts 'guided' to burn off another layer of bad karma I guess.

Compare how ya feel if out w/o ya license, then consider my state of mind to use care when out and about to pick and choose wisely where I kick up heels.
Yet I've been let go as much and ticketed or taken to jail so I began to calling it catch and release game. Got stories from Texas caught release going 0-100-0 in front of Houston Galleria in Mercedes 6.9 L and 120 mph in van coming from Mexico through speed trap dependent county in TX but released on my Passport ID for safe passage and ran right back to speed into Houston. Anywho not here to preach/missionary anything except that I think yo'all's missing out w/o a rear rod link and its helpers with some backasswards power modifications. Hope ya having even more fun and games than me.

I've had police flash lights or point at me as we crossed with combined speed of 150 mph but no way could they turn around in those places, so I'd nod or wave back and carry on. My quandary is if cops after me should I just pull over or leave em behind. Car-PU truck vs motorcycle video is not academic to me. Some do this as nightly games, but they cover bike with colored tape easy to switch for next chase thriller. Would that be a tough decision on your special Commando?

I have 3 levels of fast riding, one neck and neck racing fun, two, my solo antics and three escape speed. I practice and mark speed limits on routine routes I know I can get away with barely so if any one else trying to keep up they sure better know what they are doing, especially on THE Gravel. So now ya know what BF means to me and Peel deep down to the rear patch.

The workmanship on Steve's crank looks outstanding, not many people are able to TIG weld to those high standards, or to turn tungsten balance inserts so nicely.

Thanks for the kind words, but I can't take credit for tungsten inserts. The ones in the picture are steel. I just shortened some 7/8-14 set screws. With them, Steve's current BF is 80%. If he needed larger BF (unlilkely), I would use heavy metal slugs retained by shorter set screws. FWIW, machining the common heavy metal alloys (Mallory Metal) used for crank balancing is not too difficult. There are plenty of other really hard tungsten alloys that defy any conventional machining, and usually have to be ground to size.
