Mk3 Tank Stripes

Hello, can anyone tell me the dimensions of the gold stripes, and the space between them, for a Mk3 Roadster. And for a Mk3 Interstate? (black tank) Someone said the Interstate had 2mm stripes and a space of 3mm. I just want to be sure. The stripes in pictures look to be wider than that?

I have no idea... just wanted to chime in...I really don't like the black and gold on bike...I think it looks gaudy though maybe not so much as to justify a repaint lol.
 
Pelican, would it be more to your liking if it had an accessary like the black and gold bike in the add?
 
oh yeah!!! 2 answer your question my pinstripes are approx 3.2 mm and 2.5 mm apart -roadster... don't know if this is standard as the previous owner had it repainted before selling to me

To answer your question specifically, my after market paint job on my MK 3 has the stripes approx 2.8mm to3mm wide and the gap between is approx 2mm to 2.2mm wide.
 
Reggie and Pelican, thank you. Is that a Roadster or Interstate? Are they the same width and space between?
I have both Roadster and Interstate tanks and side covers, just like having 2 bikes for the price of 1, (and a bit).
Both the tanks and side covers I have don't have any stripes to copy.

Graham, mines a Roadster, but as far as I am aware the pinstripes will be the same size and distance apart on the Interstate, except on the Silver variant, where the black line is thicker than the red line.

For the side panels pinstriping, the design is shown in the previous link that I posted.
