mk 3 consol globes

would anyone know where you can get those strange little globes that go in the consol on a commando mk3?
they light up ignition/neurtral etc..
can't seem to get them

Andrew my understanding of this is that "they" want you to purchase a whole new MK 111 instrument console rather than bits.I have a genuine one here in perfect shape but must be greedy to hang on to it after this - your post ? Good luck brother.

If you can solder, the Mk3 warning lamps can be repaired easily and cheaply using standard 1.2W type 286/T5 capless bulbs.

If you're referring to the lens, you can buy them new from Andover Norton. You can also get the bulbs but not the holders. To fit the bulbs without the correct base units, you will have to improvise as Les describes in the other post.

I have done it and it has worked fine.
