IWIS Chains

Thanks! I placed my order from his eBay store. Now I patiently wait for it to cross the ocean and hit the shores of Southern California.

Wassel chain is made to an older version of the ISO 10190 standard, but it's for wassel to work out why it is not to the latest version of the standard.

ISO 10190 is the current standard if Wassell is still selling Elite but what has that to do with M106SL that the chain man sells?

That's a "so what". I have firmly established that the Wassell IWIS Elite chain is a no go for Commandos (at significate expense to me) multiple times here.

AN and the Chainman sell IWIS chains that are not the same as Wassell IWIS Elite chains.

The Chainman has proper 10B-1 chains from JWIS which is an IWIS company and I assume that's what AN has as well (don't actually know).

Best I can tell there are no 10B-1 US sellers other than one that sells industrial chain. I used to sell their chain cut to length until I mentioned the word motorcycle and the supplier would no longer sell to me as they didn't want the liability!

The Wassell chains are good quality and perfectly legal for motorcycles, however, they are a really bad idea for a Commando and most vintage Triumphs.

The Chain Man sells M106SL, as far as I'm aware AN sells non ISO 10190 Elite.

I'm not sure if Wassell is still selling the ISO 10190 Elite.
As far as I'm aware ISO 10190 is the current motorcycle chain standard which is why it doesn't fit our bikes as it's too wide.

IWIS Chains

For those who don't want to spend a lot.
Last 5-8000 miles easily.
TWENTY THREE bucks. Fits great, works great.

Or, a 530 x-ring that fits great, works great, no modifications.
