Horn Location Again

So is this the way the horn faces? looks to me like the chain will take it out when I take the bike off the lift.

Point it to the right side.

Hehe its a tight compromise to fiddle but better not to face it upward for sure. Each nip up & aim + tightness tends to mess with its tone and 'loudness' too. Definitely a place for Blue level locktie once you settle on final position or it will disappoint again. Usually only one or two bandaids worth of Commando worshiping struggle will solve it.

Can you point it down to to keep the rain out?

I'd rather stick an icepick in my eye than go through that again. geeze!
