Hello to all,
i purchased my long term dream bike last fall. Since then I have been quite a voracious consumer of knowledge on this site. Many of you have posted your insights here, and for that I am forever grateful. Here is a before photo of my 1972 750 Combat as it was when I purchased my "Unicorn". http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah2 ... z4yabq.jpg
After sitting for more than 32 years, I was able to get it running and sorted out. It is now a very AWESOME and reliable bike! It has 13,866 original miles.
Here is what it looks like as of right now.http://rs1383.pbsrc.com/albums/ah288/sa ... 0&fit=crop
A huge THANK YOU to Mat Rambow from CNW for helping me with the Crobin seat problem that I had with the original leather finish. When I took it to Bike Week this spring; it sure turned heads.
Cheers, Bryant
