We are currently running our prototype toolpath. We have had many delays but are getting there (mostly too much other work that pays the bills). We purchased new software for porting in a 5 axis setup, and the ports look great. I will try to get more pics and videos up later, excuse the poor quality of the picture. Hang in there, they are coming

Are you talking about Fullauto head production resume??o_O

Yes. We have had many delays on this project, but we are making chips now
Hello John,

This may not be your priority right now, but as your production of cylinder heads ramp up and accumulated demand is satisfied, will you take orders for 850 heads with larger valve seats (41/37 mm valve head diameters), reangled valve guide holes, and possibly blended ducts? All necessary data is available. Port size remains at 32 mm as per Paul Dunstall recommendation.

Supply of a semi-finished head is another option.

Best regards,

Knut Sonsteby

Some day soon there will be a big valve, valve angle changed, performance ported 750 and 850 head. Have to pay the bills first

These heads look fabulous.

It’s frankly quite heart warming to see someone produce such quality, clearly driven by passion, so sadly rare these days.

But we seems to be missing pics of the billet barrels John…
And a crankshaft
