I doubt if anyone has one atm,the two loaded-in the van may of been off to a show/ promotion/here or abroad, there’s no mention on the DVLA website of a Norton V4 1200 for road tax purposes,& if the production of the 961 has been around 10 a week for last couple of years which I think can’t be far out. To make a lot of the V4,s will be taking a lot of labour/ man hours, they would have had to have a huge increase in staff ( skilled people that do loads of mech hands on metal stuff etc) The TT takes up time all year now especially the summer & with holidays etc, I can’t see that any V4 s have been delivered because of what I’ve mentioned, there also doing the 650 development to ,and as Nigel mentioned we surely would of seen some big trumpet affair as the first ones were delivered, Adam child at MCN is the only guy outside norton to ride one to.
There’s 200 SS & I think another 150 or 250 RR ones, they have to and sure they have to be perfectomundo b4 the first ones delivered, 2 guys take a week to build a 961 , gotta be longer for the V4 , my bet is on a heavily disguised V4 riding around the midlands with duck tape on & odd shape panels on to test & trial & put many many miles on it , 10% deposit was what was req when ordering I think , It will be ready when it’s ready I’m sure
