I can recall seeing a photo that was posted by a member ( I think it was Greg Marsh) showing how he grounds the rear indicators on his bikes. I am in the process of reinstalling old school OEM style indicators and incorporated his detail when mounting the rear indicators. I was wondering if anyone has a similar type detail for grounding the front indicators inside the headlight shell.

Maybe a wire connected from the mounting nut of the turn signal stem to the multi connector with red wires inside the headlight shell. It should not really be necessary as the red wire already is grounded to the headlight shell that the stem is bolted to.

I've had poor earthing sometimes on Lucas style indicators, rectified by running an earth wire from the globe socket mounting screw to the base of the indicator stem for rear or inside headlight shell for front when it happens.

There are two ways that I do the rear.

One is a big eyelet under the indicator stem nuts. See the July 21, 2019 here: https://www.gregmarsh.com/MC/Norton/Norton_1974_Wiring.aspx

The other is to solder a ground wire on the side of the socket so there are two wires coming from each indicator. See the first picture and write-up here: https://www.gregmarsh.com/MC/Norton/Norton_1972_Wiring.aspx

The extra ground works on the front, but I don't see it to be needed if the ground connection at the bottom of the headlight shell is present and used. If it is not there, you can drill a hole in the headlight shell in a hidden location for a ground connection.
