Can anyone confirm the differences between these two styles of grab bars? Is the Interstate just longer or are there other differences as well? Anybody have dimensions? Photos of the two side by side? Perhaps the next winning lottery number?

Thanks
Russ

Russ,
The Interstate is about 4-5" longer before it gets to the bend at the back, due to the longer seat. It also mounts at different locations at the frame hoop.

Back loop is higher as well and more "rounded" than some aftermarket units. Those I've seen are more squarish.

the interstate grab rail is quite a bit uglier than the roadster version because of the higher loop - fortunately one can get the roadster grabrail to work with a interstate seat with a little coaxing

I ran the Roadster rail for years. If you lift or load the grab rail, the Roadster one will put more strain on the frame loop as it must mount further from the loop gussets.

Excellent! Thanks!

I got everything I asked for except those winning lottery numbers.
