Front mudguards...

I'm running a RGM item, with a 100/90 19" tyre on a WM3 rim. I've also hung on one of RGM's floating 12" discs and a AP Lockheed caliper, and personaly, I think it fits fine.
I'll find some pictures for you later today though.

Are you going to make your own brace/ mounting bracket ?
If so
Maybe use a new royal Enfield GT front mudguard without the extension they are made of plastic and although made for an 18" would probably fit a 19"

I don’t want to Baz, that’s the issue actually, ideally I want a one piece carbon / GF / plastic mudguard blade with ‘ears’ that allow it to be bolted to the Norton forks.

Thus far, most ‘ears’ appear too short for my needs.

The brace is an interesting topic. I’ve generally favoured the idea of a brace in the past. But having just ridden at Cadwell with no brace or mudguard at all, I noticed ZERO brace related issues.

Then there’s the opinion of the suspension experts out there, which says that unles any fork brace is precision made, its likely to cause ‘sticktion’ and mess with the fork action.

So, a good brace might be good. But a bad brace would seem to be much worse than nothing!
