Replacing original mudguards on a '65 Jubilee with after market chrome

I think you mean 1.3 mm! Or about 1/16 inch.
Ooops! Now I think you are referring to a tube DIAMETER, not wall thickness. 13 mm diameter would make a nice stay.

Thanks, Kommando. Are those dies available or did you make them up? Would appreciate any info on them I'm going to go the universal mudguard route and will need to make up at least eight of them.
