I went into the workshop to soon and my first.op and the bowl prolapsed .....thats like a crank snap!
Up date soon..
Regards
John

Terrible news. All the best an hopefully you will prove the wrong. There really is nothing anyone could say that would help how you feel but am sure all of us wish you well.

John,

I wish you the best of luck. As a small business owner I definitely understand how hard it is to put your personal health ahead of getting work done in the shop. Having said that, try to take care of yourself first and I am sure your customers will be ok with it

Matt

That's terrible news I hope you can prove them wrong truly gutted to hear this as I am sure others on here are too best wishes regards baz

So sorry to hear this terrible news John.
Try to get some rest and spend time with family.
Everything else is just 'stuff' [very good stuff in the case of your dampers].

Very sorry to hear this news.

Please spend the time with your family.

Any customers will understand.

Wow, that really is bad news John, don't know what more to say. Hopefully you can do way better that what they've said. :(

John, that's terrible news. I'm really sad to hear this, and I can only wish you the very best, and hope that you can prove the doctors wrong.
You are a good man, one of the best.

Go well,
Steve.

Good luck John ... hope for the best and stay positive .... do what you must on your terms ... all kinds of good vibes headed your way ...
Craig

Damn John, not what we all wanted to hear. Im sure a lot of tears are hitting keyboards and prayers being thought by guys who don't normally cry and pray. One of my prayers is that fate will deal you another hand and I get to meet you face to face and share some laughs. I don't know where your path through life has taken you to reach this point but I'm sure you've been an inspiriation to many. Everyone on this forum knows the best things in life aren't free, it takes a lot of effort to get an old bike going good for that ride through the winding country roads that make us smile. You've gone a step further and made parts for our old toys and I'm sure you've thought "well if you think that was fun try these forks out down that road and see how big that smile is". Hang in there and I hope things change for the better.

John, I hope you can prove them wrong. May God comfort you and you loved ones as you go forward.

Thank you for participating & contributing to our vintage bike enjoyment.

Hi John

Well thats typically you :D Tell it as it is, & just put it out there.

As a man with no bowels, I wish you well & hope to catch up with you at a race meeting next season.

Do what you fancy doing, my friend.

all the best Chris

That is a big time bummer John. Sorry to hear it.

But come on... Since when did you ever take anyone else's opinion seriously!?

Prove the Doc wrong John... You CAN do it...

Thanks John and good luck, hope as others say you can prove the experts wrong.
As Jim says, thanks for your input and hard work into improving our bikes, and meeting you on here.
Best regards from New Zealand

So sorry to hear that John...live everyday to the fullest with your family and friends!

Big thumbs up from Belgium!

John, crap news, not what anybody wants to hear.

Do ALL the things you enjoy doing with the people who love you and you love.

Prayers heading your way from the Emerald Isle, which are twice as powerful as anywhere else on the planet :D

Such bad news. I can only reiterate what has been said by others - spend your time freely doing what you love with who you love - and offer my condolences and thanks for the quality work you have done for us Nortonistas.
