As far as I can see two kinds drive Rangers: 1. climbers who cannot afford them but need to look like they can and
2. People who have more money than most but are too old to drive a car larger than a Fiat 500.

The old saying is that if you want to drive a Range Rover, you need to buy three of them because two will always be in the shop. So I've always assumed any RR I saw out on the road was owned by a wealthy individual!
