Different LU47252 RM24 Stators?

I'm aware that there is an RM24 3-phase stator available in both 10.5 and 14.5 AMP versions, but I've also noticed there are the 'genuine Lucas' items in either a green or red box and also a 'Lucas type - UK made' version. Is the UK made item from LAP?

What's the difference?

The last one is the LAP, my LAP came in the same box with the union jack but no mention of Lucas so this is earlier stock before Wassell licenced Lucas and enforced their sole use on motorcycle parts. Not sure what the difference is between the red and green boxes but this old post has Lucas deciding Green was best left to themselves so Wassell changed from Green to Red.

I heard a rumor today that Wassel has purchased the rights to the Lucas name for the next 3 years. Sooooo, Lucas stators and rotors will most likely be from China. Anyone else heard this? I also heard that Wassel has the Hepolite name too.

According to Grant the LAP items are superior quality - a bit spendy though!

7 Amp not 10.5??
 
I think that is mislabeled, my later ones only specify part number and RM24, seller is the same and invoice says 10.5A. message them, it's expensive as they are no longer made and better quality.

Are you saying that a 10.5A 3-phase stator is no longer available?

I think he's saying the LAP item marked '7 Amp' is incorrectly labelled and is the 10.5 Amp item.

Its the same part No as the 10.5 (LU 47252).
