I was hoping for somewhere closer to the North East. For sales or work?
I had mine serviced at Krazy Horse and the guys let me hover around in the workshop, I was impressed with their set up and attitude. I’d have no hesitation in using their services.
If you’re not the ‘hovering in the workshop’ type, their showroom is great and the cafe is even greaterer.

A number of respected dealers seem to be letting Norton go.
Norton are now my closest dealer!
They are not keen due to a lack of parts from Norton..Well although Teasdale have cancelled their contract with Norton, I would presume they still have the necessary workshop skills? Have you asked them if they’ll still service and repair yours?
This gives me no pleasure to say this but the are returning people’s deposits.
Teasdale are doing fine.Who, Norton or Teasdale ?
MakTeasdale are doing fine.
Dealer returning deposits..Mak
Nigel is asking who is returning the deposits for the Nortons ordered through Teasdale - the dealer or Norton HQ?
I suspect the dealer....
In relation to service, the engine was based on the HD by Kenny Dreer - would they service the bike?
Might have an issue accessing the ECU though!
Please don’t have a go at Teasdale,a bike is a bike but if they can’t get the parts off Norton what are they to do,I’m sure there is a lot of emotion and loss of patience and faith between Teasdale and Norton that has resulted in the current situation.
Nevertheless, Teasdale DID sell a lot of Norton’s, and those customers were THEIR customers.
Personally I think they have a duty of care (morally, even if not legally) to try their hardest to support and look after these customers now and in future.
Bit of a poor show on their behalf IMHO.

They can’t have customers bikes in indefinite storage.
Which brings us back to the starting point...Fair point. If that’s is completely true, I agree.
But others manage to get parts, so I don’t get it...

When my 2013 Sport needed an ECU refresh I spoke to Norton then took the ECU off and sent it to the factory by recorded delivery. The factory did the ECU refresh and sent it back within a week. Worked well for me but clearly you’ll need to speak to them first as personalities have changed.Dealer returning deposits..
Because they can’t get the bikes.
The ECU is the problem so will have to be returned to Norton for a diagnostic check.
This will mean a 400 mile round trip.
I wish it wasn’t like this and that all things were rosy.
I absolutely love my 961,7000 miles to date and every one pleasurable.
This is a good idea and would save a lot of time and expense if it cures the fault. When my 2013 Sport needed an ECU refresh I spoke to Norton then took the ECU off and sent it to the factory by recorded delivery. The answer is Don’t Stop!!This is a good idea and would save a lot of time and expense if it cures the fault.
Took 961 out for a run of over 100 miles,
blue skies but freezing..
Bike ran perfectly and pulls like a train,
Only problem is that it hunts on tickover.
