Cush drive "rubbers"......

I have a Commando rear wheel on my N15 (actually 2 wheels, so always one ready with a fresh tire..) and modified the hubs so that I can install the cush rubbers from the outside:

Cush drive "rubbers"......

Makes wheel fitment much easier, and allows replacing or tightening up while on the road.
I don't like slack or excessive backlash in the drive train.
On a wet and twisty road it can even be dangerous.

will give it a try. thanks.
Several fixes attempted by Norton over the production runs .
Yes , try to restake the loose paddle . I would also put a bit of welding to seal the deal up , to all 3 . You may have to grind away any protruding weld and of course check all 3 for solidity and clearance before/on the install .
