crankshaft bolts

there are two part numbers for the crankshaft studs. The top two are one number and the rest are something else. Bigger stud at the bottom. How can I tell the top two from the others? And why are the top two different?

The top two are dowel studs 06-5672 (as is the bottom stud 06-5671) so the unthreaded sections should have a ground finish and fit more tightly in the crank than the other four studs.
