Crank lengths

I recently bought two complete bottom ends. Both are stamped 20M3S but one has a shorter output shaft than the other. Can I assume that the short one is an Domi/Atlas crank?

NO
the short one has probably been butchered(hot rod) then attempted repair? The angle of the alternator keyway tells if commando or precommando.
